All FOP members, reserve officers and civilian law enforcement employees are eligible to join the Fraternal Order of Police Arizona Labor Council (ALC).

In addition to the Legal Plan Benefit, membership includes the services of a full time executive director and an office manager. The executive director serves as your voice at the legislature and is available to assist with local labor issues. The executive director is also available to local lodges to assist with member recruitment. The office manager handles the day to day administrative duties and runs the ALC office in Tucson.

After years of planning, the Arizona Fraternal Order of Police established the Arizona Labor Council (“ALC”) Legal Plan Benefit for the purpose of providing FOP members with comprehensive and quality legal services. The Arizona Legal Plan Benefit was established more than 20 years ago and set the standard for law enforcement representation in Arizona.

Law enforcement employees have special legal rights AND special legal needs.

The ALC Legal Plan Benefit was crafted to provide members with competent and qualified attorneys – experienced in representing sworn and civilian law enforcement employees across a wide range of administrative and judicial proceedings.
